West Hawaii Dance Academy will present “Alice in Wonderland” at 3 p.m. Sunday at Aloha Theatre in Kainaliu.

The public is invited to this balletic interpretation of Alice’s magical adventure featuring approximately 80 young dancers led by Artistic Director Virginia Holte, co-director Midori Satoh and instructor Claire Hollinger. Jeanne Kapela, who contributed to the choreographic mix by including her junior hip hop students, appears as Alice. Tai King adds aerial hoop work in her role as Caterpillar.

Tickets are $20 for adults; $10 for children 6 to 12; and free to children 5 and younger.

Proceeds from the performance help support the nonprofit dance academy.
